 1. Check or replace the earpiece  speaker
2. Check or replace the coils and capacitors.
3. check the line pats to each corresponding component's connections
     from the coils to the speaker terminals.
4. Remove the power IC, check the line pines of ball bumps pin P11 and pin P12, to the coils
5. Rework or reball   the Power IC.
